Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of RadiusReady, including its website, maps, address-screening tools, saved searches, rental-listing features, organization accounts, subscriptions, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By creating an account, purchasing a subscription, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to the Privacy Policy and No-Refund & Cancellation Policy.

1. What RadiusReady Provides

RadiusReady is a housing-search and geographic screening tool. It may display schools, school-property boundaries, user-selected distance buffers, county boundaries, rental information, address checks, and related data intended to help users identify housing that may warrant further review.

2. User Responsibility and Verification

You are responsible for determining which restrictions apply to you or to the person you are assisting. Before signing a lease, paying a deposit, moving, or relying on a search result, you should independently verify the address and applicable requirements with the appropriate supervising authority, attorney, court, landlord, agency, or other qualified source. Data can be incomplete, delayed, inaccurate, geocoded incorrectly, or changed by third parties.

3. Eligibility and Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to create or use a RadiusReady account. You must provide accurate account information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. Organization administrators are responsible for invited users, seat assignments, permissions, and use of the Service within their organization.

4. Subscriptions and Automatic Renewal

Paid plans renew automatically at the interval and price disclosed at checkout until canceled. Before a recurring charge begins, RadiusReady will display the recurring price, billing frequency, automatic-renewal terms, cancellation method, and applicable no-refund terms and will require affirmative consent. The payment method you authorize may be charged automatically for each renewal period.

Unless a different plan is shown at checkout, the RadiusReady Individual plan is billed at $10 per month. The RadiusReady Organization plan is billed at $500 per year and includes one parent/admin account plus up to five child/subuser accounts. Verified eligible 501(c)(3) organizations may subscribe to the separate RadiusReady Nonprofit plan for $300 per year. Nonprofit eligibility must be verified and may be rechecked periodically. The nonprofit plan is a separate pricing tier and is not represented as a charitable contribution or tax-deductible donation.

5. Cancellation

You may cancel a subscription through the RadiusReady website. Cancellation stops future renewal charges. Unless required otherwise by law, cancellation does not retroactively cancel the current paid billing period. Access ordinarily continues through the end of the period already paid for and then changes to the applicable non-paid state.

6. Refunds

All subscription charges are non-refundable and are not prorated, except where a refund is required by applicable law. See the No-Refund & Cancellation Policy for additional details.

7. Payment Processing

Payment information may be collected and processed by third-party payment providers integrated with RadiusReady. RadiusReady does not need to store full payment-card numbers in its application database. You authorize RadiusReady and its payment providers to process charges you approve and to maintain transaction and billing records as permitted by law.

8. Organization and Agency Use

Nonprofits, agencies, service providers, and other organizations may use organization accounts subject to their purchased seat limits. Organization access does not convert RadiusReady results into an official determination. Each organization remains responsible for its own policies, professional judgment, record handling, client disclosures, and compliance obligations.

9. Rental Listings and Third-Party Information

Rental prices, availability, property details, school data, maps, geocoding, and other third-party information may change without notice. RadiusReady does not own or control third-party listings and does not guarantee that a displayed rental is still available, accurately priced, lawful, habitable, or eligible for a particular user.

10. Acceptable Use

You may not misuse the Service, attempt unauthorized access, defeat access controls, scrape or bulk-copy data in violation of applicable law or third-party rights, interfere with the Service, resell individual account access without authorization, impersonate another person, or use RadiusReady to unlawfully discriminate, harass, stalk, threaten, or harm another person.

11. Intellectual Property

RadiusReady's software, branding, interface, original content, and related materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms give you a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the Service for its intended purpose; they do not transfer ownership of RadiusReady intellectual property.

12. Service Changes and Availability

We may improve, modify, suspend, or discontinue features. We may correct data, update screening methods, add or remove data sources, or change plan features. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

13. Suspension and Termination

We may restrict or terminate access for nonpayment, fraud, abuse, security threats, unlawful use, or material violation of these Terms. Where appropriate, we may provide notice or an opportunity to correct an issue.

14. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available." RadiusReady disclaims warranties of accuracy, completeness, availability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and noninfringement. Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties that cannot lawfully be excluded.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RadiusReady and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for losses resulting from reliance on a search result, housing decision, third-party listing, data error, interruption, or unauthorized access. Where liability cannot be excluded, it will be limited only to the extent permitted by applicable law.

16. Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to be responsible for claims arising from your unlawful misuse of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or content or data you submit in violation of another person's rights.

17. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms. Material subscription changes will be communicated as required by applicable law. The current effective date and version will appear at the top of this page.

18. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable United States and California law, without limiting any non-waivable consumer protections that apply where you live.

19. Contact

Business contact details will be updated on this page when RadiusReady's business registration and dedicated business contact information are finalized. Until then, account and service communications may be delivered through the RadiusReady website and the email address associated with your account.
