This Privacy Policy explains how RadiusReady collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you use the RadiusReady website, account system, housing map, subscriptions, organization features, and related services.

1. Information We Collect

We may collect account information such as your name, email address, account type, organization name, role, and authentication information. We may collect settings and activity you choose to save, such as search radius, county filters, saved searches, saved addresses, case labels, organization memberships, and account preferences.

We may also collect technical and security information such as IP address, browser and device information, timestamps, authentication events, logs, approximate location when needed to perform a location-based request, and usage information needed to operate and secure the Service.

2. Sensitive Information

RadiusReady is designed so that a basic housing-radius search does not require you to enter a person's criminal-history details, offense, parole status, or other sensitive case information. Do not enter sensitive information that is unnecessary for the feature you are using. If an organization chooses to create case labels or notes, it is responsible for determining what information is appropriate to store.

3. Payments and Billing

Billing information, transaction identifiers, invoice information, subscription status, payment-method references, and related records may be processed by RadiusReady and integrated payment/accounting providers. Full payment-card numbers are intended to be handled by the payment provider rather than stored directly in RadiusReady's application database.

4. How We Use Information

We use information to create and secure accounts; provide maps, screening, saved searches and organization features; process subscriptions and billing; maintain account access; send transactional communications; prevent fraud and abuse; troubleshoot and improve the Service; comply with law; and protect users, RadiusReady, and others.

5. Service Providers

We may use service providers for hosting, databases, authentication, payment processing, accounting, email, mapping, geocoding, rental information, analytics, security, and related infrastructure. They receive information needed to perform their services and are subject to their own terms and privacy practices.

6. Organization Accounts

If your account belongs to an organization, authorized organization administrators may be able to see organization membership, roles, seat usage, shared searches, cases, or other information made available to that organization. Platform administrators may access limited information when reasonably necessary for support, security, billing, compliance, or service administration.

7. Legal and Safety Disclosures

We may preserve or disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law, legal process, lawful government requests, enforce agreements, investigate fraud or security incidents, protect rights or safety, or complete a business transaction such as a merger, financing, reorganization, or sale.

8. Selling and Sharing Personal Information

RadiusReady does not sell personal information for money. If our practices change in a way that creates additional rights under applicable privacy law, we will update this policy and provide legally required choices.

9. Data Retention

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Service, maintain subscriptions and accounting records, meet legal and tax obligations, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, maintain security, and enforce agreements. Retention periods may differ by data type.

10. Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards designed to protect information, including access controls and database security policies. No internet service or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

11. Your Choices

You may update account information through available account tools, cancel a subscription through the website, and request access, correction, or deletion of information maintained directly by RadiusReady when applicable. Some records may be retained when required or permitted for billing, tax, security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or dispute resolution.

12. California Privacy Rights

California law may provide additional rights depending on the nature and scale of RadiusReady's processing and the law applicable at the time of your request. RadiusReady will honor rights that legally apply to the business and the information involved.

13. Children

RadiusReady is intended only for adults age 18 or older. We do not knowingly permit anyone under 18 to create or use a RadiusReady account or knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.

14. Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy as the Service evolves. The current effective date and version will be displayed at the top of this page.
