No-Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. No Refunds

Payments for RadiusReady subscriptions are final and non-refundable, except where a refund is required by applicable law. We do not provide refunds or credits for partial billing periods, unused time, searches not performed, failure to use the Service, or cancellation after a renewal charge has been processed.

2. Automatic Renewal

Paid subscriptions automatically renew at the price and interval disclosed at checkout until canceled. Before purchase, the checkout flow will disclose the recurring charge and billing frequency and require affirmative consent to the automatic-renewal terms.

3. How to Cancel

You may cancel online through your RadiusReady account. The website cancellation control is intended to allow you to stop future renewal charges without having to call or mail a request.

4. Effect of Cancellation

Cancellation applies to future renewals. Unless required otherwise by law, your paid access continues through the end of the billing period you already purchased. No prorated refund is issued for the remaining days in that period.

Example: If your monthly plan renews on August 11 and you cancel on August 20, you may continue using the paid plan through the end of that paid billing period. You will not be charged for the next renewal, and the August 11 charge is not prorated or refunded except where required by law.

5. Failed Payments

If a payment fails, we may retry the authorized payment method, request an updated payment method, limit paid features, mark the account past due, or suspend paid access. A failed payment does not create a refund entitlement for earlier successfully processed periods.

6. Pricing Changes

If a subscription price changes, RadiusReady will provide notice as required by applicable law before the new price takes effect. You may cancel before the applicable renewal if you do not want to continue at the new price.

7. Duplicate or Unauthorized Charges

If you believe a charge is duplicated or unauthorized, contact RadiusReady through the account/service communication channel so the transaction can be investigated. Nothing in this policy limits rights you may have under applicable payment-card, banking, or consumer-protection law.

8. Required Legal Exceptions

Nothing in this policy waives a refund, cancellation, charge-dispute, or consumer right that cannot legally be waived. Where applicable law requires a refund or different cancellation treatment, RadiusReady will follow that requirement.
